Lately it has been a blend from Kenya.
I drink it black in the mornings. With lunch or dinner I take 2 teaspoons half n half and 2 teaspoons sugar.
I am cheap when I make it though or just not that techy. Very simple grinder for the beans. I then place them in a filter made of copper and pour nearly boiling water of them, take a few pours as the filter fills up then drains. Oh I heat my water in an electric kettle.
Nothing fancy here. The fancy shit is for nancy boys.
I have a 12 cup drip-style coffee maker. I brew a pot in the morning, it smells great.... I stir in a bit of condensed milk and a drop of one of those international flavored creamers, and I enjoy.
That first sip in the morning is God-given. Ahh, wonderful life-giving coffeeeee...
cinnamon is good for the acid i hear.....dunno for sure...had it....i like it and i dont....its weird....aquired taste...
i have a chopper grinder.....does crushing make a diffy?
yes, the cinomin stick in the press fills a little bottom in the flavour dept. and yes the crusher makes a better cup than the chopper, more consistant grind. better flavour. the coffe needs to be not as fine for the press. are you in LA?
