What to do with Non-US Traffic?

I've been analyzing my logs and have noticed I am getting quite a bit of Non-US traffic from very possibly non-english speaking users. (My content is distributed via P2P).

I've been using AdultFriendFinder as my advertising vehicle with very good results, but am pretty sure it has very little effect for non-english speaking users.

I'm working to integrate MaxMind's Geo-IP Country location software and will have the ability to display country specific ads very soon.

    So the questions are..

    1) Any thoughts on simply sending people to an AFF localized ad page? Or is AFF less popular overseas

    2) What are some decent alternatives for foreign language sites that are actually localized?

    3) Is foreign traffic even worth the trouble? Is a $19.99 monthly subscription equivalent to 3 months pay in most countries so it won't do much good.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.
