Originally posted by CET I can understand why high count posters get more attention though. Keep in mind that this is all coming from a "noob".
1. They've been around longer and doing business with someone you already know is easier and even preferable to doing business with a stranger.
2. I'm sure that lots of people with low post counts show up, spam and leave. I haven't been posting long, but I've seen a few examples of it already.

It's funny how someone with a large post count can ask for proxies, bp hosting, or email lists, etc, etc, etc and everyone will do what they can to help.
But if someone with a low post count asked about bp hosting or proxies... he would get flamed for being a spammer.
If you combine legit business with grey area business it's fine, I'd never flame anybody for spam beside guys who:
-sell cracked bulkmailing software for 10% of the price (guys who did shit into your brain?)
-don't have a clue what they are talking about, mostly low postcount people who heard about being able to make the big bucks with spam and come here for buying lists or whatever
High posts counts often means respect but not that the person has a clue about anything.
I totally agree but it's kinda normal that the guy that spend a lot of time here have pridviledge ...
as well as the big guys in this business ...
newbs cannot have it all

Originally posted by Kassidy I think post count is crap. I've been around for 3+ years but I work too much to make 10-20 nonsense posts a day. I have a hard time believing that post-count has a direct correlation to business accumen.....
Agreed, some of those with highest post counts have the less to say. Including me.
