I've just recently stopped buying CD's and started buying via iTunes, so maybe I'm missing something... but all the stuff I've bought from them so far is DRM free and works fine on other apps and mp3 players.
And if you've paid the 99 cents, no... nothing wrong with doing whatever it is that you wanna do with it provided that you don't distribute or make money off of it, imho.

only about 9 tracks i was able to "upgrade" wit them the rest they havent been put in the itunes plus for some reason....
casue i have like 100 tunes i already bought from itunes but i cant load em on my BB
Well if you aren't distibuting them I don't really care, but like some other guy said they do sell DRM free music. Just buy that from now and save yourself some time and effort.
