i have had 1 good employee (which i hired) and 4 bad ones (which i didn't)
They do have a free trial which means you have the ability to test a person out before you buy the services.
I wish the other guys would do that, i might try out the other guys then, but i really don't feel comfortable committing to an outsourcing company without a trial run (low cost or free).

They are run by Joel Acquino who hijacked the original AOS from american ownership. Not only is he a scammer but he also treats his employees like crap and works them to the point of calling it legalized slavery. If they try to quit he has releases signed from them on their bank accounts and he freezes all their funds.....

Hi Jarrod. My problem with them is that I know a number of ex employees of theirs who have told me about what goes on. We all know about what joel acquino did. I'm not here to say they are a bad service...i'm here to say that management treats their employees like crap and illegally took over the former AOS. And yes, they sound in good spirit, they are all monitored. We have a software development office in Makati City ...that would be why i talk like i know half of what i'm talking about. I know about wages there and I personally feel that it pays off to treat your employees fairly, give them slightly higher wages to promote hard work and attract the best employees. AOS pays just above minimum wage in PH ...do you really think they have top quality guys? They have a horrible reputation for how they treat employees.....the one thing that i will give them credit for is they do most of the training themselves...but it takes years to learn quality web design. They push their guys out to clients in 2 weeks
I know what went on there...i honestly DONT know whats going on there now. But the past is enough for me to say these guys arent trustworthy...Comment
