    College Football Season Starts In Less Than 4 Hours!!!

    Finally!!! Football is back and I can now come out of my 7 month state of depression (which starts February 1st and stops at the end of August).

    #1 USC vs. Virginia Tech on ESPN at 7:40 EST.

    Should be a good game.

                                              OMG, how do you figure? Michigan barely beat Washington State, 21-16, while Nebraska killed Peyton Manning's Tennessee 42-17. That season Nebraska scored a total of 607 points while Michigan scored only 322. Ahman Green ran for nearly 1900 yards and QB Scott Frost ran for over 1000 and passed for over 1000. Griese and Michigan had NO offense at all. The only thing they had was a good defense which was comparable to Nebraska's.

                                              I would have loved to see that game. It would have been a close one, but we both know who would have come out on top.

                                                          Actually I was pretty happy when Ohio State beat Miami in the national championship a couple years ago. I was rooting for the Buckeyes all the way (I fucking hate Miami more than any team).

                                                          Damn, what an awesome game that was! Though I have to admit, Ohio St. got a few lucky breaks from the refs.

                                                                      They had a GREAT defense. They had an awsome secondary and were great against the rush. Nebraska's D was not that great in 97. They should have lost the Missouri miracle game. 38 points for the Tigers that day.
