we pay per free profile and we pay when they convert to a paid membership... conversions are awesome and currently we have 7 dating sites to choose from with 5 more on the way. Our member database is around 2 million now AND they are all REAL members... no bullshit fake profiles like most dating sites so that makes our retention very good.
