We have a software development office in Makati City ...that would be why i talk like i know half of what i'm talking about. I know about wages there and I personally feel that it pays off to treat your employees fairly, give them slightly higher wages to promote hard work and attract the best employees. AOS pays just above minimum wage in PH ...do you really think they have top quality guys? They have a horrible reputation for how they treat employees.....the one thing that i will give them credit for is they do most of the training themselves...but it takes years to learn quality web design. They push their guys out to clients in 2 weeks
I know what went on there...i honestly DONT know whats going on there now. But the past is enough for me to say these guys arent trustworthy...
