I am only pointing out to people that are looking for a solution that they should do some homework and research on the different products and have an attorney review each one they select for compliance.

YARGH! Custom fields can be added by me. This way if the regs change I can add or take away fields as needed.
It does currently (in my version anyway) have a production date field, as well as a field for model ID which is what the "real" documents are Identified by locally in my office file cabinet.
If this isn't in the downloadable version I will let the Guy know. It's possible one of the older files were mistakenly uploaded prior to inclusion of these fields. Again though custom fields can be added with a couple of clicks anyway so the end user can add whatever they want.
