my friend, you don't have any idea what you are talking about.
try to find the real reason why these people left the company,
majority of them have started freelancing work, stealing clients,
at the expense of the company.do you have any idea how long
they train these poeple from scratch, more than a two-three mons
and the company doesn't earn any single dime. put it this way,
you own a store and your own staff starts stealing from you,
would you let him fuck you over and over? definitely NO.
yes, they strictly implement the company rules like most companies
do. people come and go, if they don't like the rules, they are free to
go, however they should abide to all regulations and make a graceful
exit. if you don't tame and discipline these people, expect one day you'll
be sleeping outside your own office.
the issue between the owners have long been solved, thus you never
heard anymore from the former owner about this since it was worked
out in a legal manner.
you speak as if you how business are run around here the Philippines.
This ain't UK nor US. Labor is cheap just like India and Panama. Why
spend more if you can get it in a cheaper price? If that ain't logic,
