How much are you guys willing to pay per month for a hardlink on a niche related PR4 site?
I have a few and was thinking about selling hardlinks, just too lazy to keep the links current w/ billing etc.
No clue what the going rate is.Comment

The average for a pr4 is:
If you don't have it whored out with links you'll get $10 a month per link. If its whored out people usually make a lame package deal trying to mask how sucky it is.Comment

Thats not a good deal at all. Small sponsor text links or avnads pays 5x that.
I can only see "link farms" w/ no other purpose than to sell links accepting that small amount.

For good stuff I'm generally paying $15 to $20 per link/month - for multi month multi link deals.But good stuff does not mean PR4 -- in my book good stuff means a site which is ranking for enough keywords it actually is getting some decent G traffic.
I'll take a look at seodigger, extremetracker if they have it- plus my own databases of people who rank for the same keywords I do - and judge it on that.
PR is meaningless but link deals are still so tied to it that sometimes one gets a good deal because a site is actually quite powerful but the webmaster doesn't ask much because it's only a PR0/1 etc. On the other hand I turn down webmasters trying to sell me expensive links on high PR sites where it has no good SERP at all!Comment
