Whether that would hold up in a court of law remains to be seen but if you want to promote them using their content you have to play by their rules. Would I do it? Well, since I show no actual pictures and just wanted text links to galleries I figured I'd pass. The old text links are still up and I get credit for them but I guess I can't have access to the new stuff. As they expire and fade away I'll rely on my base of other sites to promote. NA converts well but I don't like jumping through hoops to get what I want - much like you don't I suspect. Push some other sites like www.perfectgonzo.com, www.epiccash.com or www.rookiebabe.com. They all do well for me.
