Rotoscoping....... OUCH. Be prepared for 2 hours work to edit 15 seconds of film. You better off reshooting.
I'm not sure of an easier way to do it but what I basically do is Export a clip as a Filmstrip (.flm) and then open it up in Photoshop. Hope you have alot of RAM....your gonna need it.
