    How often do you change your glasses/contact prescription?

    Staring at a computer 12-15 hours a day can not be good on the eyes. I think I need a new prescription, got my last one about a year ago.

    Blah.

                  Dctors reccomend you have your eyes tested once every 6 months if you work behind a computer.

                              I got a prescription in like November 2002 but made the glasses just on April 2003. In July 2003 I was reproved on the vision test when I was trying to get a driver's license.

                              I thought I could see everything fine since my glasses were new, but it changed pretty fast. So in August or September I got a new prescription and glasses... but didn't come back to the test yet.

                                                      I wear contact lenses and get a new prescription every year. But sometimes I get lazy so I don't get a new one for like a year and a few months...
