dude got you on ICQ, sent you a hows it going a few hours ago but seriously don't run any PHP on IIS please... some serious performance problems.

luckily IIS isn't the requirement, but windows is... setting up apache/php/mysql for this... IIS running PHP just doesn't work right.

1 piece of software requires windows and to reduce costs some other things are just getting tossed onto the box.
