Got this Ile d'orléans property in Quebec city, it's 2 cottages on the waterfront. 65000sq feet. Here's a few pics with more to come as i'm gonna go get drunk in it tonight with some buddies.
Here's the main cottage
The view from the main patio, in the fall the bay fills up with geese, it's gonna be awesome for hunting
The view continued, looking Cap Tourmente and at the far end i think it's Baie St-Paul and the opening of the St-Laurent.

I intend to enjoy it and rent it out a part of the year so it pays for itslef and still makes me cash, rentals in the area are in high demand so it should be alot of fun.
