I would get one of those except:
1) I can't stand up too good (bodyboard & bodysurf only) except on those boards that can hold a family of six.
2) They wouldn't let me into the wave pool at Mandalay Bay with it
3) The 2 inch boat wake waves at Lake Mead aren't quite worth the 45 min drive
