Pimpdog - that statement just doesn't make much sense.........You are attending the most "sausage-fest show" but skipping the real biz shows like Phoenix & Cybernet? There ARE shows out there that focus on webmaster education & networking - with fewer of the distractions you seem to dislike, seems to me that if that is how you feel, you 'are missing the boat!

If you take away the eyecandy. You take away the part timers and hobby w/m's. I throw a guess out that 85% of online adult affiliates are part time or hobby w/m's. ( not that it's a bad thing) they probably make up 10-15% of the industry's total revenue. Why are they going to the show?? Free booze and they might get a picture taken with Teen Kelly and Arika Ames. They want to party, and again there is nothing wrong with that. But the tide has been shifiting for a few years now. People used to act as if this was something OWED to them. Now they are lucky if they get a bud light draft and a bikini contest. And that's the way it should be.
Shows are a battlefield of time. SET UP MEETINGS BEFORE YOU GO. otherwise you will be shaking hands with the owner of

Newbies don't listen, and they are not loyal. ( not that they have to be loyal)
Trey I think an Invite only , or application process could give you the show that we all need and deserve. It doesn't have to be 3days long and involve flying somewhere to swim with dolphins and play in seaweed.
