Acetaminophen (tylenol) makes up most of the dose.. its bad for you, you would be better to get your hydrocodone without it, or with aspirin instead, like lortab.

regardless, why does a pain killer help you relax and get work done? if you have chronic pain there are other solutions, if you need to relax there are other solutions...

physically it shouldnt 'chill you out', i guess psychologically you cant relax till you take one?
