Yes, everyone I know, knows what I do.
I try my hardest to be 100% upfront and honest (you know ... keep it real, really).
If a person is ashamed of what they do, I suggest they leave. Yah yah, hurt the ones you love ... blah blah. I'd be more offended/'hurt' if I was my loved ones had to hide shit from me ... shows they feel I am not capable of handling the truth.
