scam or not?

I've gotten a call a few days ago from a guy who claims to be the 'european' sales person for the hun. He gave me the following quote:

-------------------------------
Dear Olivier,

Bookings for www.thehun.com are only available now for November. This is the earliest slot.
We currently do a deal that will place you on 4 of the major sex sites.

www.worldsex.com
www.al4a.com
www.pussy.org
www.thehun.com

Costing Per site (includes Hosting)

Period 1 month 3 months 6 months
Unit cost $5,230 $4,360 $3,915
Total cost $5,230 $13,080 $23,490

The longer period that you stay committed for the more the discount will be.
I can also do a one moth trial (but cannot guarantee subsequent month)
This will give you a month on all the site listed above so that you may see the results that you will receive
These site deliver billions of impressions every year.
The cost conversion from placement to cpm rate calculates to $0.0001 cpm
There is only 4 days left for Novembers booking.

The cost for this is $15,650.00 (usd) Per month for all 4 sites. (save $5270)
Call me on +44 (0)1772 888706

Thanks
