Jason - long time no speak - sorry it's on a shitty topic. Dude, you have to talk to ARS, give them a little more details to work with. Looks like all you told them was "That's not mine."

Hi, I've been promoting your sites for a long time, blah blah blah
I have many domain names, all registered with the exact contact info(continue to give examples), I own a paysite, I own (insert estimate here) legal web images, I have been doing this for Blah many years. It is my opinion, and the opinion of several of my professional aquaitences, that this individual most likely copied my gallery layout - also, not only were they dumb enough to steal my work, they didn't even replace my account ID code. To top it off, this individual also used stolen content. Now there is some confusion as to wether I own that domain. I do not, here is my domain list (and give them the list you own), where you are hosted (all still the same place? that would help). Ask to speak to a real live flesh and blood account rep on the phone, too -

Hell, it might not meen much, but I'll vouch for you - I know you for about 3+ years now - and you are not a cheater.
