Actually, the fees for a $2K check (cashed in outside of the US) will hurt a lot less than the fees for a $50 check, which CCBill has as default payout limit, unless you ask them to increase that. One thing to pay $12 for depositing a $50 check and another to pay $12 to deposit a $2K check.
Plus, you only addressed the fees issue. The time issue is just as important, if not even more important, to some.
