first i talk to them on the phone and they had no idea what they were doing and finally told me to email this one address. so i email it and after a few days they say i have to email from their site on my account. then they tell me "we cant give you that big of a limi". then i say give me a limit for how much my balance is. then they say they have to ask someone else and finally they send me a pdf file that doesnt even load saying i need to fill it out and fax it. i tell them it doesnt load and they never even get back to me.
