Lets see, at a tenth of the price, that would be $5m, still too much. How bout 1/100th of the price? Nope, still too much at $500k. How bout 1/1000th of the price? Nope, still too much at $50K. How bout 1/10000th of the price at $5K? Still seems a little pricey. Basically, you're overpriced by roughly 100000x the value.
