I just checked my 2 machines and asked both Nina and Parney. No one has any messages awaiting a response. If you emailed me Mark. then you got stuck in spamarrest or you didn't authorize.
We try to get back to customers as soon as we see the email and were on the machines a lot. If you haven't got an email back within 12 hours you got to know there's a problem.
We also respond to a lot of emails that get bounced back from the sender for full mailboxes etc.
