I just did a fresh install of Windows about 3 months ago. My hit counter on Zone alarm is already up to almost 900.000. WTF are these people trying to do to me?

Hi, hoping someone could help. i just signed up with the iwantu aff program, i thought i would test it and sign up for a free membership through my adwords link. I got through the first 2 pages but it didnt show anything on a page called register.love

Im worried that any hits i send will get the same problem and i wont get any return because of it?!
