    A German waiter who was sacked for drinking up to 100 bottles of beer every day has won a case for unfair dismissal.

    The 50-year-old, who had worked at the Unter Taschenmacher pub in Cologne for eight years, admitted that his managers had repeatedly warned him not to drink at work.

                              100 bottles , 3 bottles is 1 liter -> 33 liter of beer in 1 day

                                                          In Ontario, a bar that allows its staff to drink while working can lose its liquor licence.

                                                                  Same judges who think that you are liable to a burglar who was robbing YOU because he crashed through your leaky roof. (True case from California. Look it up. It's still 'good' law there.)
