Crete is my favourite island plus as previously mentioned you can get the boat to Santorini (city is Fira btw). Im not so keen on Corfu despite having been there twice lol. I personally preferred the west of the island and you can try a day trip to Albania if you fancy something out of the ordinary and visit the ruins of Butrint.
If you want to get laid then all the British scum go to Kavos on Corfu and Zakynthos is up and coming for louts and slags. However if you are holidaying, pretty much anywhere should get you laid. If you are more into the cock then try Mykonos.
