OK heres the deal -
From whats their support have advised me they have an error their end with the FTP set up - this is resulting in us not being able to upload files.
Great they can see what it is know how to fix it - perfect
Now they ask for the 4 digits of the CC the account is set up under, I send them the details for the card they have billed and they say they have not got those card details on file.
They say the issue needs to be resolved with billing - who are not open - then to contact support again to get the issue fixed...........
Can any one from webair contact me and explain whats happening, how you can bill our card if the numbers are worng?
Your support team and rightly so dont want to deal with it your billing dept is closed and we are paying for something which from what we can gather from your support guys is set up wrong.
PLEASE HELP
