A good few years ago I spent 3 weeks doing this. Started in Crete, then did something like, Santorini, Paros, Naxos, Athens, back to Naxos, Kos, Rhodes and then back to Crete. All great places. We tried to get over night ferries for the longer trips where possible. Thomas Cook used to publish the Greek Island Hopping Guide but I am not sure if they do it anymore. There will be equivalents though. Just try and get this years as it will have ferry timetables etc in it.
