Yes, mine has a download, but it's compatible for most of the users out there, and has separate site sections for 6 other languages. I'd have to check on the web tv thing, but then again I'm not too concerned about those people, they are a very small %. My casino costs me NOTHING per month to run/host, I get 30% of the take, but I also have the option to purchase the backend software in the future, and at that time I will make 100% of the take.
As for the adult theme, mine does offer an adult-themed gaming area as well, with nude babe dealers etc, and surfers can enter to win free passes to certain porn sites.
