Can I get your opinions?

My site has been up for about a year and a half. Its a single girl site(with a few guest galleries) BBW Gothic Fetish nitch.

My sign ups suck,everything sucks..the site bairly covers its own ass. I do advertising ect. Ive had a good majority of people say im one of the better looking bbws on the net today and yet I cant seem to earn enough for some mac cosmetics.

Seriously, WTF am I doing, or not donig on my site that makes it so 1.people are turned away or 2.im lacking in advertising somewhere.

Post the url for everyone to see, maybe your design layout is scaring people off

It looks like an amateur design but I think it can convert well. What about members? Have you any rebills? Where is webmaster area?

Well it is an amature design, I do everything on it...web design,model,webmaster ect..self taught in these things so I appriciate opinions.

Members.. I dont have alot.. I do rebills but I seem to get more members when the setting one month non reacuring is the first one they see.

Webmasters area?

I have absolutly No idea.

I use gisol for my hosting and I still have yet to figure out how to read there stats.

On my own time I have submitted to Pickabutt and BBW,BBWPickpost, im on a bunch of different top lists and I advertise new sets and stuff on bbw forums..

Ive been thinking about signing up with an affiliate as soon as I figure out more about how it works and which ones would be good.

1) I think site is confused
2) You offer low price so you should write it several times on main page
3) Without affiliaters is almost impossible to run pysite

Maybe just when I tried it but its slow and the frontpage layout is really bad, made me want to click off, none of the graphics looked sharp or popped out at me, I'm first consider and major layout upgrade.

And imho on the first page, there's a ton of traffic leaks, could they be taken away by that as well?

Maybe move them to your index and off your splash page.
