Natural Born Hustler Attire >> The confusion: looking for some feedback

About 5 years ago we created a private label clothing line called Natural Born Hustler. We designed our own logo and sent it off to the trademark office. After five years we have finally recieved word from the lawyers that while Hustler magazine holds the trademark to the word "Hustler", we *can* have the trademark for Natural Born Hustler, BUT there *may* be an issue down the road with Hustler about the confusion of their trademark and ours.

Ours is promoted as a motivational, sports oriented clothing line, which clearly thickens the dividing line between the two brands.

Recently on a web search I found this:

Which tells me that Hustler is trying to phase out the dividing line between our labels to make a move on our trademark.

Here is a sample of ours:

So, as people outside of the affair, I am concerned and would like some feedback from everyone as to what you think...

Don't you think there is a very definitive difference between the two?

Besides, I *believe*, but don't quote me on it, that we filed for our trademark and began our private label clothing before they started manufacturing and marketing clothing based on their brand.
