At last count it was around the $300 mark.

Doesn't accept debit card? Those places are hard to find these days. Even little convenience stores would rather charge you a minimum transaction fee than lose the sale entirely.

I usually have fuck all in my wawllet and use debit cards for everything as I can also do cash back with debit cards.

At the moment I have £30 about $50 and a few coins in my pocket.

My debit cards have well over £250,000 on them though so I am safe.

As Elli said, they're hard to find. I think I've found about 2 places in the past 10 years that only take cash, and they were both a donut place (Tim Hortons).

So it's not much of a concern.
