What software do you use to track ad buys?

I'm looking for something to help us manage our ad buys, particularly schedules, renewals, expirations, etc. Any recommendations will be appreciated.

Let me clarify, we're not serving ads, but rather buying ads. I need something that can help us manage site, contact, duration, and provide alerts before they expire. Some of our partners do a good job about sending reminders such as Cybercat and GTS, and others we don't hear a peep from until it's too late. This wasn't a problem when we were advertising on 20-30 sites, but now it's becoming a logistical nightmare and sorting through excel isn't foolproof enough.

I'm looking for something like this as well.

I've almost decided to use Quicken Home and Business (or Quickbooks if you need full accounting along with it).

Either package allows you to set up recurring payments, or manual payments, on a schedule. I'm positive it will work well, as I can schedule a payment for a campaign for a specific date, then set up alerts to let me know to handle it a few days early.

With full support for categories, subcategories, category groups and classes, it should be pretty easy to keep track of everything in one place.

Of course, if you are selling advertising at the same time, everything is now managed in one place, and you can easily do P&L, cash flow, detailed reports on anything.
