    Epoch rocks!

    I am an old CCBill user and had so many problems with them I cannot begin to describe it. Long story short Epoch has handled every single problem I have had (and there have been a ton) with ease. They have been understanding, considerate, and very respectful! Special shout out to Nicholas. You rock bro and so does you company!!!!!!!

              I love EPOCH... I most love the way they handle their customer service issues. Especially with the corporate customers. I could recount for hours on end the times that they have helped the customers of their competition because it was just the right thing to do. Sure, they would also possibly gain a new client in the process, but when that doesn't happen they don't bad mouth anyone about it. They just help someone else with their issues.

                  My experience is just the reverse. I found that Epoch never challenges charge backs saying they dont get a chance the customer contacts the bank so they can do nothing ( this is a total crock ) I have 4 merchant accounts 2 are used for Adult and two for main stream. The banks always contact me before a reverse charge is made to give me time to reply to the problem. Consequently I have never had a charge back finalize in my merchant accounts because I was able to resolve the issues, all it took was a little time !! Ive also never had a chargeback issue with CCBill, thats why they are #1 on all my sites
