Is there a 3rd party billing issue?
I was told the following by my account rep...
"they have been having routing issues for the last few days......the attempt to join ratios are down 25-50%...but it is system wide..not just...as far as I know all of the IPSP's are having issues cause it it the merchant banks network that is having the issue"
"they have their own merchant acounts...cause I was told anyone using an IPSP ( 3rd party billing comp) is having the same issues"
"not sure about CC Bill...but Inkow that Paycom and one other are having the same issue"
Can a few sponsors verify this?
