Need VPS Hosting - Give me some Offers

Need a VPS hosting plan with:

    - 100-250 GB Transfer
    - Atleast 1 Gig of Storage
    - Shell Access, Mysql, CGI, PHP, etc.
    - Decent Tech Support

Under $70 a month with no setup fees.

Also the ability to painlessly move me to a dedicated server when the site is ready.

What is the difference btween a Virtual and a semi-dedicated? I always thought you either had a dedicated which was just your server, or you were on a server with other people and that was a Virtual? what the heck does "Semi-Dedicated" mean?

I should also mention that we have a limited supply of 99.00 per month "Server-Savers" on our dedicated servers order list.

Check em out. Nice place to start.

Shared = Your sharing the same server with alot less people

Dedicated= Your not sharing the server you greedy SOB

"Shared hosting" and "Virtual hosting" are the same thing.

A "Virtual Private Server" is just a way of takeing 1 server and making
it seem like it is 20 or so dedicated servers. There is alot of software out
there for ISP's that allow an ISP to run like 20 virtual servers on a single
server. I dont like that stuff so we dont use it.... but it is out there....

It's kinda like running 10 copies of linux on 1 server and each customer
gets his own virtual linux server to use, root access and all...

But its sloppy and error prone.

Why use that when you can get a real server for as low as 99.00 a month?

With Thexxxhost it means we take our standard dedicated server plan, and resell it to 2-4 people. This allows you to use 25 to 50% of the server resources, depending on your plan. This is not a hard limit like on VPS. Semi-dedicated accounts result in more dedication for you since agreements can be made, custom software can be installed, you also get Web Host Manager to create multiple cPanel accounts, etc. We use Celeron 2.4's for virtual plans as well, which results in less users per server and more redundancy and dedication for everyone.

I can get you in a dedicated server with the amount of traffic you need, for the price you are looking for. If that would work for you, instead of using VPS, hit me up.
