I'd be more interested to see why CCBill failed to rebill that member. Was it their CC was maxed or some other reason?

I assumed it was because the card expired.

We get lots of failed rebills as people change card numbers, cancel cards, and cards expire.

I HATE the failed rebills

Interesting, what happens when a rebill fails like this, does the processor try again later or do they contact the surfer or just do nothing and wait for the surfer to contact you?
