    so i have this person rebilling 21 times

    Was just checking some rebills i get for several ccbill programs.

    One guy rebilled 21 times, another guy like 15 times.

    Do i need to feel bad about this? Very big chance he does not visit the site anymore. What could cause this? People must notice their receipts right?

    Maybe its some poor old man who sees he gets charged every month and dont know for what and hes afraid to call Mastercard because he knows it might be adult related and is ashamed....you know.

What I find funny are the people that just noticed they were being billed after a year and they want a full refund, LOL.

Many of our big affiliates tell us they are amazed on some of the rebills they are still getting from sales years ago. So if you have great content and they are rebiling but they aren't active then it's their fault for not checking out what your offering.
