                                  americans are cut because of either religious reasons or because everyone else does it. southerners are mostly cut unless they're latinos which are mostly uncut. circumcision rates are falling though doctors don't even mention it anymore, when my bro in law had a baby the doc never said anything about it, till i opened my big mouth, but they left the little stud intact and spared him all the pain
