due to overwhelming personal issues I have decided to put my company up for sale to the highest bidder.

I'm getting alot of questions via ICQ as to if I am serious or not, or if this is some sort of marketing ploy, let me say, I can not be any more serious about this, Due to circumstances out of my controll I must bow out of the industry. So I'm selling off the company.

It has generated decent money in the past and anyone who picks this up and implements the two things I never could will see alot more money then I did.

as far as some type of estimate, what I truly want I will not come close to lol,

so I came up with 12k (The content alone is worth at least 10k if it was sold by itself)

I am more then willing to negotiate the price within reason.

Loki sorry to see you go and I know how tough it is to work the hours that it takes and having kids. You might want to take another path with this and see if somebody wants to be a partner and do all the day to day stuff and you would only have to have minimal work but a steay paycheck coming in. You might also want to try Rick Latona he might be able to make a deal with you. I wish you luck and hope you get more than 12k as it looks like a very profitable venture for sombody.

The offer is still on the table, I have a few intrested parties but nothing has been set in stone yet. More talks on Monday, So i'll know more info then, but as of this moment the company is still up for grabs.

I want to thank everyone for their kind words, bumps, icq's and phonecalls.

Everything on my end will be fine, I just needed to sell off the company and spend more time with my daughter, I have missed too much of her life over the past few years, and no ammount of money is worth time with your child. so it became a question of priorities. I have been running this company pretty much a solo operation, handling content creation, affil program, marketing, promo materials etc etc. in the end it took up waaaay to much of my time, and I do not have the extra overhead to hire out reps or staff to help so this is the route I choose to take.

Whoever is smart enough to jump on this deal will surly be a happy mofo, PLUS I will extend as much help after the sale if desired to whoever.
