I can hardly belief using it was an "accident". The deluxepass licensing system works fine. You get your credits, order movies from a list and get them sliced dlivered by the system. You are also allowed to use own licensed content, the only thing Clement wants to see before is the license agreement. I can´t see anything wrong with that.

So you could get licensed content by the system or you bought the content yourself. There is no place for an "accident". Just my

let me explain.
When they get in licenses from RLD then you are allowed to rip and upload their latest movies. Now with ZT, the girl tought cool I'm the first one since it's allowed, but suddenly ZT is not allowed anymore. The time I was in it ( 2 months back ) for almost 3 years I could upload anything I wanted. So what kind of bullshit is this? the dude simply doesn't know what to say. now it's A and 5 minutes later it's B.

The girl didnt think that as the right to use #1 & #2 in the series was granted but not for #3...She ASSUMED without confirming. If DP said use #3 then retracted that, as you're suggesting, then we have a different story here.

Exactly.. if the site is making a nice income, you should be able to afford to make sure you are using licensed content.

I can only imagine that Clement is under a lot of pressure from the powers that be to make sure that everything is always in order.

The down side to this is that a lot of sites are now using the same content and beginning to look exactly the same to the surfers. A few guys are compelled to cheat to try to stand out and we have what we see today.

Anyways DP has always been good to me, but I wouldn't dream of just uploading content there assuming it is licensed.

Clement didn't said Use exactly that movie. But if a studio gives out licenses like ZT did we could use all upcomming movies until he msged us not to do that anymore and requested us to delete the movies. How I see it is this. He maybe didn't liked that site and deleted it after his buddy told him about that. What's so difficult to mail the webmaster in person or msg him/her to delete that one movie like he did with us at clubhardball?? Why does one person get's a warning and got the other one deleted just like that and he keeps all the money for himself? Is that fair?

I am still p*ssed that DP deleted all the shemale sites without notice (well most of them: it took a while longer for a favored few to go). That was a month ago and there still hasn't been an official notice emailed out nor an explanation beyond a "because they were shemale sites" on their board.

But using unlicensed content and thinking there is something to complain about? Why should you even expect a warning? Using unlicensed content has to be the #1 no-no in this business.

That apart, the so-called "mistake" was - intentionally or not - an attempt to circumvent DP's rules. They make content available for a limited number of downloads, to prevent the network becoming stale. At best you would have been undermining that aim.

As to what people here are claiming other sites do: so what? Two wrongs, etc. If you think someone is using unlicensed content, report them to the content producer. It takes a couple of minutes and you don't need any proof. The producer will check their records and take appropriate action if there is abuse.

I think a key point that everybody is missing is that the original poster got shit for the EXACT SAME MOVIES just days earlier.

If he didn't pull them off the girlfriend's site immediately something shady was going on...
