There's an old saying That goes... "Chinese Obligation" You save it's life, now you are responsible for it.
Take it to the Vet, get it checked out. In a couple of months get her spayed.
Do NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT have her claws removed. This is very cruel and is the equivalent of taking off the last digit of her fingers. You can train her to use a scratching post, and you should start trimming her claws your self when she is young so that she gets used to it. Get the Vet to show you...you just need to take the tiniest little bit off the end with nail clippers.
Show her to use the litter box. (take her over there and put her in the sand. If she poops somewhere else, pick up the poop and her, and put the poop in the litter box, then put her in and stroke her. She will pick it up right away. Cats are good like that.
