                I've been around long enough to know that the 6 month rule is standard for site sales, but does not always apply. Like *I* said earlier, if he can show irrefutable proof that the site/domain is producing enough to warrant a much higher price tag then great, more power to him if it sells.

                But so far it's been all talk - no stats.
