I have a few sites that do that, but I wouldn't sell for less than 2 years revenue

Generally speaking, someone here should have something for sale @ 1 year revenue.. I don't though, I keep my stuff in use.

Expect ~ $24k..

Two years revenue it's a bit too much for a website
