Well, since you never followed up the last time this came up, I'll ask you again.... What is wrong with the Member's Area, and how do you know what kind of retention she has? To the best of my knowledge, those who have converted from trial to full have stayed with her from the first rebill until now.

I believe I said "to the best of my knowledge". I do not keep up with her stats on a daily basis, I only know what I see in the tons of positive e-mails and AIM's and Yahoo messages she gets all day everyday form her satisfied Members. I can also tell you that on several occasions when for some reason a Member had cancelled, they signed right back up.
