    Photoshop Gradient question

    How do you get one color of a gradient transparent. I see the 'opacity' setting but i can't select it.

    I'm sure I knew how do do this at one point...but...you know...

      pick the color you want for your foreground, then under the pulldown gradients, the second one from the left should be foreground to Transparent.
