I would not murder anyone that I hated just because I hated them. But there is a case in which I would murder another person, and I wouldn't care about the laws.

If someone were to commit a horrible act of any sort against my son that I felt warranted their death, that person would die a very horrible, painful death.

And then I would drive to the local police station and turn myself in.

That'd be like punishing your child twice. If you would turn yourself in afterwards, you'd be better off reporting what he did to the cops and hoping for at least some kind of justice.
